Governor Glenn Youngkin has once again vetoed efforts to legalize retail cannabis sales in Virginia, keeping the state in a legal gray area where adults can possess and grow cannabis—but not purchase it legally. This decision hurts small businesses, medical patients, and responsible consumers who deserve safe access to regulated products.
At Healing Seed VA, we believe in normalizing cannabis, breaking the stigma, and fighting for full legalization.
